Powerhouse lore

From turbine hall to taproom

Breaker Room Brewing lives in the old Dynamo control hall: river force, old concrete, copper plates, mountain roads, and a room with a big switch.

1976

The switchboard is retired, but the hall keeps its copper, gauges, and concrete ribs.

House rules

The brewery borrows from the building.

Breaker labels, meter dials, control-room rails, flat poster colour, beer-as-circuit taxonomy, and a tap board that changes the room all come from the old powerhouse.

Concrete

Heavy walls, hard edges, cold room tone, and a place that feels built, not decorated.

Copper

Bus bars, coil marks, label lines, warm malt cues, and the glow behind the board.

Water pressure

Beer names, gauge logic, fresh flow, and the reason the room never sits still.
