How we brew it.
Draught only. The toasted malt comes from a small maltster in the Creston Valley, and it is the reason the colour looks like the old copper windings.
Why we call it Copper Coil
The generator in the middle of the hall still has its copper coils inside. You can see them through the inspection port.
